If you have a start up or medium sized company and you do not have the resources to develop executive level talent from within or you have an executive that is not working out and you need to replace him or her, consider using us as your executive staffing arm to help you with your executive placement needs. Our terms are very easy to work with and the quality of our candidates is the best in the industry.

We have a wide range of seasoned executive candidates (currently over 1,250) who have run companies of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500 companies.  Our talent pool is unique in that our candidates not only have successful track records, but they all have a minimum net worth of $1,000,000 - most of them have net worth's of $2,000,000 to $10,000,000 and some as large as $40,000,000 or more.

These executives generally have a following of Venture Capital and Private Equity Firms which may invest in most companies they run or help run. While many of our candidates are willing to invest in a company they run, we are seeking job listings for executives who would be paid a base salary, bonuses and/or commissions to get the job done whether or not they make any investments in your firm. The fact that they are financially stable  is simply a measure of their ability to work in your company without having any personal financial problems looming overhead while they work. You would be surprised to find how many top executives you may try to hire these days that can show you high earnings in the past but do not have a dime to their name and if you hire them, they could have serious financial  problems which could hamper their performance.

Our fees are nominal in that we charge a flat fee of 10% per month of what you pay our candidates for 24-36 months, depending on the level of the candidate.  If for any reason the executive does not work out, you are only out what you have paid us for the months he or she worked for you - you are not required to pay any more fees.  Our satisfied clients have found that is much better than paying large up-front fees of up to 35%  of the first year’s salary.  Our pricing model, as well as  the quality of our high net worth executives, make us a Blue Ocean Strategy business.
